Even a moderate amount of activity can be obtained in longer sessions of moderately intense activities, such as brisk walking, or shorter sessions of more strenuous activities, like jogging. However, it's important to note that more than 60 percent of U.S. women do not engage in the recommended amount of physical activity, and over 25 percent of U.S. women are not active at all.

At our non-profit, we understand the importance of physical activity and offer a knowledge base on what physical regimens are beneficial for you based on the information that you provide.
